CaféTico welcomes quote requests in Anjou, Saint-Léonard, Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles and Montréal-Est. Seasonal cleanup and lawn-maintenance quotes follow an assessment.
Each municipality sets its own rules. Rules and collection calendars summarized from official municipal pages reviewed on October 9, 2026. They change, so confirm the rules for your address and work date before scheduling.
The plan should reflect how the property is used: clear access around entrances, lawn areas needing leaf removal, planting beds where organic material may be retained, and space to hold surplus material until the correct collection.
Anjou
The City’s published summary permits power tools and motorized landscaping equipment from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Confirm any additional model-specific or holiday conditions when planning the visit. Montréal neighbourhood-noise guidance
Saint-Léonard and Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve
These boroughs have separate collection territories. Use the property address to establish the day, presentation point and local green-waste instructions. A quote can include preparation of accepted material for collection; household litter and debris outside that stream should be separated. Info-Collectes
Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles
For a seasonal cleanup, confirm the green-waste calendar and identify where bags or permitted containers will remain until pickup. Keep paths and access clear while the material is waiting. Check the borough’s noise requirements before deciding on gas-powered, electric or battery-powered equipment. Montréal green-waste guidance, Neighbourhood-noise guidance
Montréal-Est: a separate municipality
Montréal-Est has its own calendar. Its 2026 autumn green-waste dates are Wednesday, October 28 and November 4, 11, 18 and 25. Accepted containers include paper bags, qualifying cardboard boxes and lidded containers with handles; filled containers must not exceed 25 kg, and reusable containers must not exceed 150 litres. Plastic bags are prohibited.
Material may be placed at the front of the property, off the public roadway, no earlier than 7 p.m. the evening before collection. Branches are excluded from the green-waste collection and require the separate branch service. Montréal-Est 2026 green-waste collection
Timing the cleanup
Arrange autumn work around leaf accumulation and the remaining collection dates. An earlier visit can clear frequently used areas, followed by a later cleanup when the majority of leaves have fallen. In spring, wait for ground conditions appropriate to the work rather than treating the first warm day as a signal to rake every area.
Contact CaféTico with the address, property access and the maintenance you need. The assessment can establish work areas and the collection or removal arrangements before the quote is finalized.
Every service can be requested across Montréal Island, including its independent municipalities. Quotes and schedules follow an assessment. Not sure if you are covered? Send your postal code and we will confirm.
