Common questions
Is the quote free?
Yes. Send what you know, and we tell you if we need to see the property first. The estimate names the work included. The work date is confirmed separately when you book.
Do I need exact measurements?
No. Approximate is fine, and you can choose “I don’t know”. We measure during the assessment.
Is the project brief a quote?
No. It is a summary of what you told us, for discussion. The scope and price are set in a written estimate after we talk and, where needed, assess the property.
What happens to my photos?
Photos you add are stored privately and used only to answer your request. They are never shown in galleries on this site. They are deleted after a retention period that we set (see the privacy policy).
Do you offer service in French and English?
Yes. We work in French and English, and you can switch language on every page.
Do you pick a start date at the first contact?
No. A preferred period is a preference. Dates depend on assessment, ground conditions and availability, and are confirmed when you book.
