How an ongoing arrangement works
Frequency and scope are set in your quote. Mowing is weekly or bi-weekly; hedge trimming and spring and fall cleanups are scheduled by season.
A lawn and a garden need different things. Garden-bed cleanup is part of the seasonal cleanups, and larger garden work, such as new beds or planting, is scoped separately as a garden project.

Questions about this service
How long does a quote take?
Quotes are provided within five business days. Send two photos, your postal code and a description of the work; we'll tell you if we need to see the property first. The work date and availability are confirmed separately when you book.
How do recurring visits work?
Frequency and scope are set in your quote. You are charged for completed visits, there is no automatic renewal, and you can pause or end future visits by written notice. Please give 48 hours' notice for changes to an individual visit; there is no automatic cancellation penalty.
What happens when it rains?
We reschedule when rain, waterlogged ground or unsafe conditions prevent suitable work. We notify you and arrange the next available suitable visit; we don't promise a fixed recovery time.
What happens to the clippings?
Normally we mulch and distribute clippings on the lawn. Collection or bagging is quoted separately when you ask for it or when site conditions require it.
Can I combine mowing, hedges and cleanups?
Yes. They can be combined in one estimate, with the frequency and scope of each written out.
Do I pay a deposit?
A 30% deposit is required for garden-bed, mulch, sod and planting projects that involve material purchases. Any different deposit or staged payment arrangement appears in your quote. Routine mowing and recurring maintenance do not require a deposit unless expressly agreed in the quote.
Can I book a single visit?
Yes. One-time mowing is available at a surcharge, discussed for the job.
Do you maintain condo and commercial grounds?
Yes. We offer seasonal grounds maintenance for syndicats de copropriété, property managers and commercial buildings.
