Common questions
Is this a quote or a contract?
No. It is a request for review. After we discuss and assess the property, we prepare the scope and a proposal for you to review. Responsibilities and scheduling are agreed before work begins.
Can I ask about several properties?
Yes, up to five in one request. For a larger portfolio, call or email us.
Do you promise a start date or availability?
No. A preferred period is a preference. We confirm what we can take on after the assessment.
Do you offer snow removal?
No. We do not offer snow removal or de-icing.
What happens to photos I send?
They are stored privately and used only to answer your request, never shown in galleries, and deleted after a retention period (see the privacy policy).
