Final invoices are payable within seven days of being sent. After the final invoice is paid, we provide an aftercare document, usually an infographic, for what was installed.

How long does a quote take?
Quotes are provided within five business days. Send two photos, your postal code and a description of the work; we'll tell you if we need to see the property first. The work date and availability are confirmed separately when you book.
Is design included?
Design is included and priced where your project needs it; it is not part of every job. Your quote says whether design is included and identifies the actual scope.
What do you need to assess my garden?
Photos of the area, your postal code, what you would like to change and any access limits such as gates or steps. We visit the property when we need a closer look.
Is a deposit required?
A 30% deposit is required for garden-bed, mulch, sod and planting projects that involve material purchases. Any different deposit or staged payment arrangement appears in your quote. Routine mowing and recurring maintenance do not require a deposit unless expressly agreed in the quote.
When does work start?
Work usually starts after the down payment is received and material delivery dates are established. The work date is confirmed separately when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
For installation projects, we offer a full deposit refund when we receive your cancellation at least seven calendar days before the agreed start date. For later cancellations, any refund is calculated after accounting for completed work and documented, unrecoverable costs, where permitted by applicable law, with an itemized explanation. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights apply.
What does the aftercare document cover?
It covers what was installed on your property: watering, mulch and weeds, pruning, establishment, seasonal care, warning signs, and what is your responsibility versus separately agreed follow-up. After the final invoice is paid, we provide an aftercare document, usually an infographic, for what was installed.
Do you do garden redesign for condos and commercial buildings?
Yes. We offer seasonal grounds maintenance for syndicats de copropriété, property managers and commercial buildings.
