Questions about this service
Is this an established service?
No. It is a developing direction. We assess each building and confirm what we can deliver before proposing anything. We do not present past cleaning contracts.
What must be confirmed before work starts?
Cleaning methods, floor types, products, access, equipment, staffing, waste handling and the start date.
What do you not do?
No medical disinfection, high-rise window cleaning, hazardous waste handling, security patrols, technical inspections or licensed repairs.
How is this different from your grounds service?
Grounds and garden care is our established exterior service. Common-area cleaning is interior, separate and assessed per building. A year-round relationship can combine the two once both scopes are agreed.
Do you offer snow removal?
No. We do not offer snow removal or de-icing.
How long does a quote take?
Quotes are provided within five business days. Send two photos, your postal code and a description of the work; we'll tell you if we need to see the property first. The work date and availability are confirmed separately when you book.
