Interlocking installation, repair and cleaning in Montréal.
New interlocking, repairs and releveling, and cleaning with joint sand. Each project is assessed on its own: the base, drainage, access, area and current condition of the surface decide the scope and the quote.
Rated 5.0 on Google · landscaping profileThree kinds of paver work
- New installation A new interlocking surface, planned and quoted after we assess the area, the ground and access.
- Repair and releveling Sunken, uneven or shifted sections assessed first, so the cause is understood before work is quoted.
- Cleaning and joint sand Cleaning the surface and refilling the joints with sand.
What decides the quote
Paver work cannot be priced from a description alone. These are the things we look at during the assessment.
- What we assess
- The base under the surface
- Drainage and where water goes
- Access for materials and equipment
- The size of the area
- The current condition of the surface
Repairs, releveling and joint sand
Joint sand helps hold pavers in place, but it does not correct a base that has settled. If part of a surface has sunk, shifted or become uneven, we find the cause before we quote, because releveling is a different job from cleaning.
For an installation or a repair, send photos of the whole area and close-ups of the problem sections.
- Helpful photos
- The whole area from a distance
- Close-ups of sunken or uneven sections
- Areas where water collects
- Access points such as gates and steps

Questions about this service
How do you decide between cleaning, joint sand and releveling?
By looking at the surface. Cleaning and joint sand suit a surface that is structurally sound but dirty or with worn joints. Sunken or uneven sections point to a base problem, so they are assessed for releveling instead.
Will new joint sand fix a sunken section?
No. Joint sand does not repair settlement. If a section has sunk or shifted, we assess the cause first.
What decides the price of an installation?
The area, the condition and depth of the existing ground, drainage, access for materials and equipment, and the materials chosen.
How long does a quote take?
Quotes are provided within five business days. Send two photos, your postal code and a description of the work; we'll tell you if we need to see the property first. The work date and availability are confirmed separately when you book.
When does installation start?
Work usually starts after the down payment is received and material delivery dates are established. The work date is confirmed separately when you book.
Do you work on condo and commercial properties?
Yes, after an assessment. See our commercial property maintenance page for how recurring care and paver work are scoped separately.
