We assess the work
We review your photos and visit the property when we need a closer look. Commercial care starts with a walkthrough.
You receive a written estimate
Quotes are provided within five business days and name the work included. The work date is confirmed separately when you book.
We agree the schedule
Installation projects usually start after the down payment is received and material delivery dates are established. Recurring care follows the visit calendar agreed in writing.
Handover
After the final invoice is paid, installation clients receive an aftercare document for what was installed.

Who you will work with
CaféTico Landscaping is led by Ruben Darío Charry, founder of CaféTico, who also leads the landscaping crew. We work in French and English, and the scope of each job is identified in the quote before work begins.
Landscaping is our first operating activity. Alongside it, CaféTico is developing a coffee venture built on relationships with producers in Costa Rica.

A bilingual planner to choose plants, calculate soil and mulch, check the planting season and prepare a quote request, plus practical guides and local leaf-cleanup rules.

What do you do?
Residential lawn and garden care, commercial and condo grounds maintenance, garden redesign and planting, artificial turf, interlocking (installation, repairs and releveling, cleaning and joint sand), and spring and fall cleanups. If your project is something else, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether it is work we do.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Montréal Island, including its independent municipalities. Quotes and schedules follow an assessment. See the service area page for the neighbourhoods we list.
What do commercial clients receive?
A named contact, a visit checklist and brief photo reports. Scope, frequency, access, reporting recipients and start date are agreed in writing.
Do you do snow removal?
No. Our seasonal work is exterior grounds and garden care, with garden winter preparation. We do not offer snow removal or de-icing.
Do you work with condos and property managers?
Yes. We offer seasonal grounds maintenance for syndicats de copropriété, property managers and commercial buildings.
Do I pay a deposit?
A 30% deposit is required for garden-bed, mulch, sod and planting projects that involve material purchases. Any different deposit or staged payment arrangement appears in your quote. Routine mowing and recurring maintenance do not require a deposit unless expressly agreed in the quote.
Do you offer emergency services?
Urgent landscaping requests are assessed according to need and availability. Emergency work is billed at twice our hourly rate, discussed when requested. Call 514-835-5933 and leave a voicemail if unanswered. Scope and timing are agreed by phone. We can't guarantee a response or arrival time.
